Individual Relationship Coaching is designed for people who want to better understand themselves in relationships and make intentional, values-aligned changes moving forward.

This work focuses on patterns, attachment dynamics, communication habits, boundaries, and the beliefs you carry into connection with others. Whether you’re navigating dating, rebuilding after a difficult relationship, feeling stuck in familiar cycles, or wanting to show up more authentically in your current relationships, coaching offers a supportive and forward-focused space to grow.

Together, we explore how your past experiences influence your present relationships while keeping the focus on awareness, choice, and actionable change. Sessions are collaborative, reflective, and practical—helping you clarify what you want, strengthen emotional safety, and develop skills that support healthier, more fulfilling connections.

Coaching is especially helpful if you want insight and guidance without engaging in psychotherapy, or if you’re ready to translate self-awareness into real-world shifts.

This service is coaching-informed and educational in nature and is not psychotherapy or a substitute for mental health treatment. This service is not covered by insurance.

This booking is for an initial 75 minute intake session, which is a longer session designed to give us the time and space to slow down and really understand what’s going on for you.

During this session, we’ll explore what’s bringing you to coaching, what you want to work on, and what feels most important right now. We’ll also talk through your goals and how we can work together to support them in a way that feels realistic and aligned.

Continuing coaching sessions begin at $125 for a 50 minute session. Session frequency and fees are discussed collaboratively before the end of our intake to ensure they align with your goals and capacity and to ensure you are leaving our session with clarity.
